Description
India's Department of Science & Technology commissioned this report from Elsevier to add to its understanding of India's research performance over time and in comparison with other countries/regions overall and in subject areas relevant to S&T. This study presents data on three main bibliometric indicator types:
- Measures of publication output, growth, and impact
- Analysis of international, national, and institutional collaboration and the resulting publication output, growth, and impact
- Evaluation of the transfer of knowledge between sectors
